Print-on-demand books
Our books are printed on demand especially for you when you place an order. Because each copy is produced individually, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at threadella.art@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free reprint or a full refund.
Digital products (cross-stitch patterns)
All digital downloads (PDF patterns) are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, as the product is delivered instantly and cannot be «returned.» If you experience a technical problem with your download (corrupted file, wrong file, etc.), contact us at threadella.art@gmail.com and we’ll fix it or issue a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method within a few business days of approval.
